Gregg Jarrett: Trump impeachment trial — defense skillfully destroys Dems' case against former president.
The brilliance of the defense was the use of videotape to exonerate Trump.

That is a false statement by Gregg Jarrett, Fox News: lies and falsehoods cannot destroy the truth or the facts: President Trump is 95% guilty as charged: he incited an attack on democratic process based on a false claim the election was rigged. The House Managers proved that beyond reasonable doubt applying the facts to the law.
Five percent of what Trump said, does not obliterate 95 percent of what Trump said. He said some things to protect himself knowing he could be legal trouble for the violent attack on the Capital; like, he said, in his first impeachment: he “wanted nothing.”
That is because, it became public he was trying to extort favors from Zelensky, the newly elected President of the Ukraine, to help defeat a political rival.
That is false: he continued to withhold the military aid and White House meeting: the facts are overwhelming he incited the attack on the Capital building to stop Congress from ratifying the election of Joe Biden January 6, 2021.
And, he had no proof there was widespread fraud.
When Trump said, “you have to go home now. We have to have peace. We have to have law and order.” That was after the violent attack: he already incited insurrection against the lawful government.
He is guilty for two reasons: he incited it and as the U.S. President failed to stop the attack. His lawyers put up a 95% bogus defense.
The impeachment lacks due process: false, because this is not a criminal trial.
Unconstitutional: false.
Political rhetoric: False.
Trump’s speech is protected by The Second Amendment: false, it does not protect incendiary speech based on lies—or blatantly, false claims, not backed by evidence: “the election was stolen.”
To remove a president from office and to prevent a president from running again, or holding office again in the future is a reasonable extension of the U.S. Constitution. The founding Fathers, did not see every possible scenario. Trump lawyers argued that Trump was a private citizen, NO. He was the U.S. President, when he committed the high crime. You have to use common sense.
There cannot be a January, last month, exception.
Republicans who voted to acquit Trump are guilty of treason. They failed to protect the American people from a want-to-be-deranged dictator--twice.
The reason: he is their chief political fund raiser [money].
His clout comes from his cutting taxes on the rich, S Corp (i.e., pass through entities), and standard C-Corporations that has spiked the deficits. They don’t give a damn.
They figure they can offset that by cutting social programs, deregulation, and ecocide.
When you disagree with the facts or truth—you are mad or insane. Trump is an evil man. He needs his spirit Crushed.
Fines, bankruptcy, the enlightenment of the people of his bad character, and prison will help. He has been given Royalty treatment from the Senate, the US justice system, IRS, the New York State and City governments, and Fox News. There are two laws in the U.S.—one for the common people—and different one for billionaire Donald Trump, as an estate mogul, and as the U.S. President. That will change now—that his Posh Image is disintegrating.

For Trump, an Escape, Not an Exoneration
THAT IS CORRECT!
