PART II
REASONS FOR THE IMPEACHMENT AND INDICTMENT OF TRUMP
I was watching the Evening News on May 8, 2019, and heard Rep. Steven Cohen say, “if it weren't for him being president, [Trump] would be in prison with Michael Cohen today.”
Is that a valid excuse? There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that prevents indictment of a sitting President. It is just a policy of the OLC.
It may be justified; but, it has also its drawbacks—a license for President Trump to become lawless and do what he wants.
It is a federal DOJ policy—not a state.
The investigations should continue; right now, there is not enough evidence, to convince two-thirds of the Senate to impeach Trump, controlled by Republicans.
The Cohen Hearing proves: Republicans are not fair minded. They see truth as lies, and lies as truth. They can’t be trusted to do the right thing.
Trump’s story that he parlayed $1million loan from his father into a $10 billion real estate empire and he could do the same for the United States is, of course, false.
He lied to help him get elected.
NY Times: Trump got $413M from his dad, much from tax dodges…
In March of 2020, Forbes reduced Trump's net worth to $2.5 billion.
The recent NY Time’s report indicates he may not be a billionaire after he pays off his debts and potential tax-evasion penalties.
And, deducts future business losses.
Trump said, his companies filed for bankruptcies 4 times—No, there were six. "The burden of his failures," according to the New Times, "fell on investors and others who had bet on his business acumen.” And, he did stiff some workers and contractors. And, he lied as a business man: it is on video.
He also lied to promote his Trump University.
He calls it hyperbole—that is a lie.
Maryanne Trump Barry, his sister and former federal judge, says: “he has no principles.”
Mary Trump his niece said, Trump and his siblings, “They concocted scheme after scheme to cheat on their taxes, swindle their business partners, and jack up rents on their low income tenants."
Trump profits from misrepresentation; potentially, fraud.
Ivanka and Don Trump Jr. were lairs, just like their father: they were accused of selling condos in Trump’s Soho Hotel to buyers by over valuing the units and claiming more were sold, than was factual. The Trump Organization management was terminated.
The hotel, not owned by Trump, went into foreclosure, sold to a creditor, and rebranded—the Dominick.
The criminal investigation of Ivanka and Don Trump Jr. were dropped by the Manhattan DA. Why? The accusations were factual.
Trump’s biggest boondoggle—the $1.2B Taj Mahal, which he built in Atlantic City, NJ, and opened in 1990, described as the eighth wonder of the world and the largest casino in the world. It went bankrupt one year later. It reemerged from bankruptcy and Trump bankrupted it second time. It sold for $300 million and later closed.
It eventually sold for 4 cents on the dollar.
Two hundred investors—bought condos in Trump’s Ocean Resort Baja Mexico—which was never built, after 4 1/2 years of litigation: condo buyers, who invested $32 million settled for $7.5 million: losing $24.5 million of their deposits. Trump claims, the developer only used his name, but, others say, he was a significant investor.
Trump wants to make money from the use of his name or Brand; but, rejects liability for failure of project. That is a non sequitur.
Investors who bought condos in the Trump Tampa Tower in Florida got only 50% of their deposits back when it fell apart.
Sen. Jim Kaine said, “he pocketed their money and walked away”—referring to two condo projects: one in Tampa and one in Lauderdale.
Another report says, every investor in Trump’s Toronto Tower lost money except Trump. He has about 24 business debacles.
Steve Bannon, Trump’s ex-chief adviser, says, he is a scumbag and calls the Trump Organization a criminal enterprise and predicts his downfall once his finances are investigated. The Trump Organization is a private company and does not have to file a form 10-K.
That means: the public has no access to its books.
Donald Trump’s lies, greed, crimes, and misdeeds are far worst; than Cohen’s. No informed, impartial person can deny that. Yet, Republicans—do.
The question is: What is the Congress, the federal and state DOJ going to do?
Answer: complete the criminal investigations until evidence piles up and makes impeachment and indictment—justified.
The policy of the federal OLC not to criminally indict and prosecute a US president while in office was adopted in 1972; primarily, to protect Nixon from going to prison. Instead, congressmen chose impeachment and because it was a foregone conclusion he would be convicted, he resigned. It should not be a policy written in stone and applied to every president—each case is different. The criminal prosecution of President Trump while in office is not; realistically possible, because, he is blocking subpoenas for his tax returns and financial records necessary to prove the violation of the campaign finance law, tax evasion, insurance and bank fraud.
And, AG Barr would oppose that action.
Impeachment is different, it is not a criminal trial, it removes a president from office for committing; primarily, high [political] crimes and misdemeanors. It is no different than being fired for abuses of executive power.
That action is taken by the House.
Part of that equation, whether to begin the impeachment process: Is Trump’s behavior, policies and administration helping or hurting this Nation?
He claims to be the “the world’s greatest negotiator”; so far, failed. He wants to do it in manner, that he gets the full credit -- not a team effort.
Part of his strategy, telling the brutal dictator, Kim Jong Un, he loves him.
So far, Trump has been played.
Trump promised a household increase of $4,000 from the corporate tax cut: that did not materialize, according to Americans for TaxFairness.org: $853 billion went for share repurchase in 2018 benefiting wealthy shareholders and top corporate executives and $7.1 billion went for worker bonuses and pay hikes.
And, corporate tax revenues plummeted 31% from $297 billion to $205 billion, the first year the 35% tax rate was slashed to 21%.
The first year the corporate tax cut went into effect was 2018, the median household income increased $317, not $4,000.
The average CEO pay increase of the 350 largest firms: $1,700,000.
In the debate with Senator Kamala Harris, V.P. Pence said, “the average household income for a family of four increased by $4,000 following President Trump's tax cuts.” That is misleading, because, that figure is a Trump rosy estimate, not actual and based on estimated increase in income from wages, profits, and tax cuts, and, also misleading, because, when you average the tax savings of all families: the bottom half tax savings are elevated by tax savings of the top half.
The Tax Policy Center estimates: A household earning $1 million or more would get an average tax cut of $69,660 -- compare that with a tax cut of $870 for the average household earning $50,000 to $75,000.
Center for American Progress says, “The ballyhooed tax cut bonuses were a mirage.”
Except for corporations and the top 1 percent: their profits or income went up and their taxes went down.
There was little or no benefit for the average taxpayer, when you figure in the $779 billion deficit in 2018 and $894 billion in 2019: that borrowed money has to be repaid with interest. And, your tax savings has to be offset by the Cost of Living increase; plus, the CBO projects the deficit will exceed $1 trillion in 2020.
This President Trump promise was a trickle-down-lie.
Vice President Pence lied for President Trump on national TV to trick the American people to vote for this Idiot-Evil-Monster.
One way it, negatively, created more jobs: rebuilding the damage of natural disasters: tornadoes, hurricanes, wild fires, floods, etc.
These are 18 things that Trump has attempted to do or done to accelerate the intensity of wild-fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, droughts, and the rise of sea level.
1. removed or altered information about climate change on the EPA
website after Trump became president
2. appointed Scott Pruitt the head of EPA
3. slashed the budge of EPA 31%.
4. bans EPA employees from given updates and speaking to reporters
5. stacked the agency with pro-coal lobbyists
6. nominated a climate change skeptic to chair the CEQ, she wrote, “global
warming alarmists are misleading the public about carbon dioxide
emissions”
7. lowered car and light truck emissions standards
8. Trump seeks to kill subsidies for EVs, wind and solar power
9. promoting the use of dirty-energy [coal] over cleaner
10. buried dozens of reports on the effects of climate change
11. ended funded for NASA’s carbon monitoring system
12. Trump administration reverses rule to convert to energy-efficient
light bulbs
13. It also moves to lesson controls on methane emissions, a potent
greenhouse gas
14. Trump finalizes repeal of the Obama’s Clean Power Act, says, it is
“horrible” -- environmentalists disagree
15. Trump strips California of the power to set higher auto emissions
standards
16. He rolled back methane leakage rules for gas and oil companies
17. Scientist Rod Schoonover, who worked as State Department
intelligence analyst, claims the White House blocked his report on
the security implications of climate change from being delivered to
the Congress
18. Trump, on June 1, 2017, announced the U.S. would cease
participating in the Paris Agreement
“With our world speeding toward a climate catastrophe, Trump just stepped on the gas,” said, Kierán Suckling of the Center for Biological Diversity.
The former vice president Al Gore, a Noble Prize-winning climate change activist, said to Trump, who has said, globe warming is a hoax, “Resign.”
Todd Stern, US’s chief negotiator of the Paris climate agreement in 2015, said of Trump speech at the White House Rose Garden: “I found it sickening, it was mendacious from start to finish, I was furious … because here we have this really important thing and here’s this joker who doesn’t understand anything he’s talking about. It was a fraud.”
These actions by Trump, that reverses our commitment to reduce global warming, to increasing it, contrary to the dictates of science, constitute an impeachable crime, per se.
Trump doesn’t mind polluting air and the drinking water, if it creates jobs. That is making progress—backwards.
Plastics a Major Global Pollution Problem
His campaign sells plastic straws to fund his campaign, because it says, liberal paper straws don’t work. You don’t need a straw to drink out of a glass.
He will do the wrong thing to get a donation.
President Trump said at a White House press conference, “Every day of my presidency we will fight for a cleaner environment.”
Is that true? No.
Twenty-one states plus the District of Columbia have sued the Trump Administration for easing restrictions on coal‑fired plants.
He also ended, The National Environmental Policy Act.
It states, each person has a responsibility to preserve and enhance the environment as trustees for succeeding generations.
Trump has violated that principle.
Fox News repudiated Trump’s attempt to misled people, saying, those policies “widely criticized by environmentalists and academics.”
Al Gore also states his speech was full of misleading claims.
He paints Green his Black environmental policies.
After Syria signed the Paris Agreement, the United States is the only country in the world not a member: Trump breaking the agreement puts making money ahead of global warming.
For that he deserves impeachment; maybe, even the death penalty, as a global environmental terrorist.
Victims of man-made climate change wild fires, flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, droughts, and rising sea levels should agree, he is partly responsible for the increase in their intensity and possible frequency.
These are crimes against planetary inhabitants. To solve this # 1 world problem: it needs an international solution and it cannot do that without the participation of the United States and President has opted out
He put America first.
Also, Trump’s tax cuts for wealthy and corporations that increases the national debt, that is legal stealing from Uncle Sam. That crime is being overlooked.
He pledged his allegiance to Grover Norquist—that is treason.
You cannot serve two [opposing] Masters.
Trump’s exit from the P5+1 nation Nuclear Deal with Iran is the reason there is trouble in the Middle East, when UN inspectors said, Iran did not violate the terms.
Treating nations, unfairly, does not help peace.
President Trump lied about the deal, saying President Obama give Iran $150 billion: that is false: it was the release of their assets in this country frozen by sanctions.
Trump habitually misstates things: that is impeachable.
Right now, Trump is obstructing justice by directing his team to refuse to comply with congressional subpoenas and says, he will fight contempt citations.
He is thumbing his nose at the House and DOJ.
Cohen was grilled for about 6 hours and never said, I don’t remember: compare that to Trump: he answered 30 Mueller questions: “I don’t remember.” He previously said, “I have one of the great memories of all times.”
That shows he is deceitful and a liar.
Each of those questions, if he told the truth—it would put him in legal jeopardy. His lawyers; probably, said, on these questions, answer, you don’t remember.
That is a sign he does and is guilty.
It remains to be seen, if our laws and will are strong enough to bring this rich, rogue, president to justice, who has a fan base, about 1/3 of people, supporting him come hell or high water. He is like the criminal in a car being chased by the cops and people on the streets—cheering him on. Some people don’t care about his lying and crimes, they care about the economy, jobs, gun rights, border security, etc.
Democracy is in peril.
It takes the Congress to flip—and we have a Dictator. Barr, the Attorney General, and Mnuchin, the Security of Treasury, have already flipped; if, Paul Ryan was the Speaker of the House, instead of Pelosi: Trump would be our new Fuehrer. What’s keeping Trump from becoming a full‑blown Autocrat—our laws, the free press, and Democrats.
When, he calls the media the “enemy of the people” that is a red flag.
Another ominous sign, Trump’s criticism of the FBI. It should have the right to spy on a president that is suspected of wrong-doing. If, Comey had worn a wire, we would have proof of Trump’s lying and obstruction of justice. Trump called Comey a “total sleaze.”
Mueller concluded: Comey told the truth and Trump lied.
Trump lies, when totaled: equal a High Crime.
His political rallies are similar to Hitler’s. He says, lock her up, they chant lock her up. His crimes are a thousand fold worst—than, Hillary Clinton’s.
If, the people were well-informed, they would say, lock him up.
He claims, people, who oppose him are guilty of treason.
This is exactly the way dictators think.
Trump’s speech is not at the presidential level; except, when reading the teleprompter [something somebody else has written].
His off-script 2-hour CPAC speech was; basically, rambling.
That is Trump speaking extemporaneously.
It consists mostly of banter and buffoonery.
Right now, the federal government is in a constitutional crisis: Trump’s team: Barr, McGahn, Mnuchin, Ross, and Rettig are ignoring congressional subpoenas. I warned you about Mnuchin before and compared him to one of Hitler’s henchman. He is blocking, as Secretary of the Treasury, access to his tax returns; believed, to contain evidence of dubious tax schemes, insurance, and bank fraud.
That is in violation of the 1924 law.
Trump says, “there’s no law whatsoever.”
This is the 1924 federal law — 26 U.S. Code § 6103 — mandates that the Treasury secretary "shall furnish the tax returns of any individual for private review by the chairmen of the House and Senate tax committees.”
There is probably cause!
Trump called the exposé in the NY Times about this tax avoidance schemes “highly inaccurate Fake news hit job.” What he says is not proof or reliable.
The only proof is Trump’s tax returns. Looking at his tax returns will prove whether he cheated on his taxes.
It might also prove: the IRS’s audit was decrepit.
The head of the IRS, Charles P. Rettig, who refuses to turn over Trump’s tax returns, I don’t trust to audit Trump’s tax returns: it bows to political pressure.
It is afraid of budget cuts.
It could become a victim of Trump’s wrath.
Budget cuts by President Reagan, G.W.B. and Trump has left the IRS under staffed and hamstrung.
Some of these cuts are retaliatory.
The super wealthy under pay about $50 billion every year in taxes; because, the IRS is underfunded to deal with it, the arcane way they hide income, and courts that rule against IRS searches, according to Pro Publica —and according to one federal employee, a whistleblower, there is an inappropriate efforts to influence the audit of Trump’s tax returns.
NEWS:
It was recently report: Charles P. Rettig, who was appointed head of the IRS by Trump, earned $100,000 to $200,000 per year from condos he owns and rents in Waikiki Resorts, a Trump managed and branded property in Hawaii, and did not disclose the link—listing the income from “Residential Real Estate.”
That is deceptive.
He has a conflict of interest.
Trump has corrupted his cabinet, the DOJ, EPA, IRS, and other government departments by his power to appoint people to office.
He tells them not to testify—and they obey.
When Pelosi said, she’d rather see Trump in prison, than impeached. He called her a “nasty, vindictive, horrible person.”
When MSNBC Donny Deutsch called Trump a “criminal” – Trump called him a “total loser.”
When, the former Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson called Trump a “moron” – Trump called him “dumb as a rock.” He was later fired.
Tillerson also said, Trump asked him to do things illegal – as he did other members of his political team and personal lawyers.
Mueller made it clear, his report did not exonerate Trump—and Trump responded, while in France on D‑day, “he made such a fool out of himself.”
He insults everybody who criticizes [or corrects] him
According to Trump’s words – he is always right.
He tweeted: No Obstruction –That is false: obstruction of justice includes “endeavor to influence”; he did not succeed in blocking the Mueller investigation; but, he tried.
There is ample proof of that. There is no ample proof of collusion: Trump’s son, Don Jr. had a date with collusion, but there was no sex—just talk; maybe, a kiss.
That does not mean Trump is off the hook:
The Mueller investigation was narrow in scope; but, it uncovered other Trump criminal activity and that evidence has been turned over to the AG of the SDNY.
Thirteen legal experts believe Trump is an “unindicted co-conspirator [in Cohen’s crime].”
At least, ten criminal investigations are under way.
The N.Y. Attorney General is now handling the criminal case.
Impeachment is the job of the US Congress—it is not bound by just the Mueller report: it has to look at all of his high crimes and misdemeanors.
Harry Reid, the former Majority Leader in the Senate says, impeachment inquiry is right thing to do.” The House has the power to begin the impeachment inquiry, conducts investigations and determine, if impeachment is warranted—a majority House vote sends it to the Senate for impeachment. That requires a 2/3rds vote: 45 Democrats, 2 Independents and 20 Republicans. That is not likely; since, Mitch McConnell is the Majority Leader in Senate.
Rep. Justin Amash is the lone Republican in the House to defect, saying, President Trump 'Has Engaged in Impeachable Conduct'
Trump responded by calling him “a total lightweight and loser.”
Removing Trump from office may come down to a vote of the people—in 2020. If, he is reelected: there will not; likely, be a criminal indictment for 4 more years and, probably, never.
There is a 5 year statute of limitation on some federal felonies.
Trump may want to be reelected to avoid criminal prosecution and willing to anything, including commit more crimes to do that.
Like, call the leader of Ukraine for dirt on Biden.
If, people can’t recognize Trump is a bull shitter in 4 years—they will in 8. Besides his; apparent, mental decline, the National Debt has exploded under Trump.
As of 9/23/2019 --- $22.6 trillion.
That is $2.6 trillion more than when he took office.
He said in third GOP primary debate, ”his plan would cut taxes without increasing debt.” He lied to get elected.
And, he went further and promised to wipe out the National Debt. Instead of wiping out debt, he signed a bill on Feb. 9, 2018, suspended the debt ceiling; that is, the federal government operated without a cap until March 1, 2019, and the debt ceiling was reset at $22.03 trillion and that amount has been exceeded and will need to borrow $433 billion from July thru September.
Trump’s great economy is ignoring deficits, skyrocketing debt, and interest cost expected to rise to $965 billion by 2027—a quadruple increase from 2017.
Voters are; basically, to blame for this: they voted for Reagan’s, George W. Bush’s and Trump’s tax cuts.
They were duped.
They were gullible.
Did you hear [or see] what Trump told ABC News anchor, George Stephanopoulos, on June 12, 2019, he has a great, better, and cheaper healthcare plan: George ask, when will you tell us? He said, in two months, maybe less.
That is election time bullshit.
Update!
Four months later, on October 15, at the NBC town hall, Cristy Montesinos Alonso asked President Trump, “What is your plan now in 2020 to make healthcare costs affordable for Americans like myself?”
Trump answered, he would replace Obamacare with a better, cheaper plan, but gave no details.
Savannah: You repealed, but you haven’t replaced
President Trump: No.
Savannah: Now, you’ve been in office almost four years.
President Trump: We have done….
Savannah: You have both houses of Congress, Senate and House, in Republican hands, and there is not a replacement yet.
Trump is full of shit: his plan is a fantasy in his mind until you put it in writing the cost, the benefits, and who it covers.
That written Bill does not exist.
That bill should come first before you repeal Obamacare: his bill might be a farce---not paid for by taxes.
Trump is a con man.
His answers to questions: devious.
He said after the townhall event: the moderator, Savanah Guthrie, had gone “totally crazy.”
He does like people who try to pin him down.
She never got a straight answer for anything.
Overweight Trump on prescriptions drugs does not understand the laws of health. The best and cheapest healthcare plan — you [starting when young].
Trump is asking Congress to cut $7 billion from the Children's Health Insurance. That is the wrong end of the life cycle. He is dumb as Hell.
What else did he do for children’s health?
Trump cancelled Michelle Obama’s Lunch Program [that reduces salt and sugar in meals]. That is going backwards.
What else did he do for children’s health?
Trump calls for a cut of $1.7 billion to school meals.
Why is he cutting: to make up for deficits created by cutting taxes; mostly, on the richest Americans, corporations, and pass-thru-entities. He owns about 500.
All the facts are not on the table yet—so, further investigations are necessary to uncover Trump’s hidden crimes; like icebergs, 95% below water.
Each investigation is discovering more wrongdoing.
Trump will, probably, become psychotic, if, the impeachment inquiry commences and become preoccupied with attacking House leaders, accusers, and witnesses, and neglect his presidential duties: he has already threatened to not do infrastructure legislation, if investigations continue. We are dealing with a giant egomaniac that is vindictive.
He is becoming more irrational.
He called Corey Lewandowski’s combative testimony in the House probe to learn the truth about Trump’s criminal acts --“beautiful.”
That means; conversely, he would call witnesses who cooperative with the House probe into Trump’s criminal behavior—ugly or hideous.
That compounds the severity of his criminality by committing a crime and trying to cover it up, like ex-president Nixon.
The White House told Lewandowsky what not to say.
Rob Porter and Rick Dearborn, two other ex-aides, did not show up for the Nadler congressional hearing, because, Trump told them not to testify.
That is obstructing House’s investigation.
He claims all his accusers are liars: Cohen, Comey, McGahn, McCabe, John Brennan, Schiff, Woodward, CNN, the mainstream media, the N.Y. Post, the 25 women who have accused him of sexual misconduct and assault, etc.
Trump calls CNN’s criticism of him “fake new”-- it is not.
The ex-FBI Chairman, James Comey, after being fired by Trump for refusing to be his yes-man, in his book, Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies, and Leadership, likens Trump to a mafia boss “untethered to truth.” Why is that correct, it confirms what we see.
Trump fires back, Comey is a “untruthful slime ball.”
In MMA that would be low blow [foul].
These are eight people Trump wrongly fired that would not do his bidding in the US Department of Justice:
1. Sally Yales, director of the FBI
2. James Comey, her replacement
3. Andrew McCabe, his replacement
4. Peter Strzok, a FBI agent
5. Bruce Ohr, a US Department of Justice official
6. James Clapper, former director of US Intelligence
7. John Brennan, former director of the CIA
8. Jim Baker, the Director of National Security
Trump removing the best law-minded people and replacing them with flunkies makes the federal government more corrupt – like Trump.
He also fired Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney General for the SDNY, because, he was investigating Fox News, the pro-Trump network. If he had not been fired, he believes Trump would have asked him "to do something inappropriate."
Trump’s 10,000 false statements or misrepresentations from the time he entered office to Apr. 29, 2019, which grew to 12,000 on Aug, 12, and to over 13,000 by Oct, 16, 2019 -- add up to an impeachable offense, in itself.
That averages about 13 a day.
The President should have been at least censured—after telling 100 lies to the American people. Persistent lying by POTUS should be Crime.
Trump said at the Republican National Convention [2016], “There will be no lies. We will honor the American people with the truth, and nothing else.”
He lied, saying he would not lie, to get elected.
There is growing evidence that Trump committed high crimes and that is justification for the House of Representatives to authorize an investigation and if it uncovers more evidence of wrongdoing, it should impeach.
Trump to maintain power, will lie, hide evidence of his crimes and wrong doing, blame others, fight subpoenas, stonewall, threaten accusers and witnesses, hire lawyers to make counter arguments, appeal court rulings, and carry out a long-term legal battle to win by wearing out his opponents.
He has already started his attack against—Mueller testifying.
Trump says, “This is really a hoax.”
He claims, “there was no collusion, there was no obstruction, there was no nothing.” Mueller was not able to prove collusion, because people lied, refuse to talk, deleted text messages, used encrypted communications, and could not remember what happened [Trump].
There were 10 incidents of obstruction in the Mueller report [5 containing the three elements of obstruction].
And, there was proof of Russian interference in the 2016 election.
Former President Jimmy Carter says, because, of the Russian interference in the election: Trump is an illegitimate president.
Trump called Carter, “a terrible president.”
The ABC’s 30-hour Trump interview from Iowa to the White House, when there was a disagreement: Trump was always wrong and Stephanopoulos was always right about:
1. the effect of tariffs on framers
2. American pay for the tariffs
3. the election poll numbers
4. what the Mueller report found about collusion
5. the news of the Media is fake
6. rebuffing Russian interference
7. no evidence of crime
8. the firing of Mueller [attempt]
9. what Don McGahn said
10. Article II of the U.S. Constitution
When, Stephanopoulos disagreed with Trump about, whether, he answered questions on obstruction, he lashed out “George, you’re being a little wise guy.”
If, you contradict Trump, he turns nasty—fast.
If, Trump were to answer Mueller’s questions—truthfully, he would incriminate himself, so, he answers, I could not remember.
When, Stephanopoulos mention 1,000 former prosecutors signed a letter that Mueller’s report contain sufficient evidence to indict Trump, except for the Office of Legal Counsel’s policy not to indict a sitting President. Trump said, he could get 5,000 prosecutors to sign a letter saying, there was no evidence to indict and prosecute. That is bullshit.
They would have to be crazy Trump fans.
When Stephanopoulos asked, if, he was worried about being prosecuted once you leave office, Trump answered, “[he] did nothing wrong.”
There is another big lie.
Candidate Trump said, “I will make our government honest again—believe me.” That is a lie to get elected.
In this interview, Stephanopoulos told the truth and Trump lied at least 10 times or was wrong. He lies to make himself look good and others bad.
Trump also lied to about the amount of debt he inherited, saying, it was $21 trillion. No, it was $19.9 when he took office. That is off by $1 trillion and he blamed Obama and Biden, saying they doubled the debt on nonsense. No, it was the depression of 2007-8—triggered by the subprime mortgage meltdown: G. W. Bush and Wall Street were the main culprits.
Trump fabricates facts, when he talks….
Fact-checkers: found 15 false claims in Trump’s at Orlando rally.
CNN said, Trump made 20 false claims at his rally in Cincinnati.
A Washington Post reported that Trump made 50 misleading statements a day during the last two months of his 2020 reelection campaign and is on track to exceed 25,000 false or misleading claims by Election Day..
Why is this permissible?
The DOJ should have issued an injunction back in 2017 to put a stop to Trump’s lying, exaggerations, and misleading statements by threatening to impeach if he did not stop. Persistent lying to American people by POTUS should be an impeachable offense.
No crime against persistent lying is insanity.
Trump calls fact checkers “bad people.”
That is diabolical, fiendish, backwards.
Bringing Trump to justice will be a test of the efficacy of our laws and law-enforcers. Impeaching and indicting Trump is a Herculean Task.
He is like Hitler—able to misled people.
A recent poll shows, 51 percent of Americans rated the economy “good” or “excellent.” What they don’t understand: it borrows, rather than raises taxes to pay for about $1 trillion in government expenses every year — an economy that is transferring its debt to the next generation who did not create it -- an economy that benefits the wealthy more than the middle and lower class ‑‑ an economy where debt is growing faster than GDP, and an economy that is going to have an unhappy ending.
Trump’s fake economy is becoming top heavy with debt and interest payments and will, inevitable, crash in the future.
He has made worst the nation’s finances.
Trump said, “I don’t want to pay taxes.”
Why would you vote for such a bastard?
He was gone through life never paying for his crimes and offenses. He needs to spend some time in prison, a correction facility, like Cohen.
Otherwise, he is going to continue his crime spry.
Tony Schwartz, co-author of The Art of The Deal, Trump’s crimes: include stealing, lying, cheating, and sexual assaults and calls him a “serial felon”….“who has not yet been brought to justice.” He says, he got to know Trump very well during the 18 months he wrote the book.
He said, “he put lipstick on pig.”
Some of the reasons Trump has not been brought to justice, he denies crimes, defames accusers, blames others, hires lawyers to get him out of trouble, countersues, and drags out legal proceedings to make it difficult to prosecute Donald Trump, and likelihood, in the past, the NY City DOJ was corrupt and let Trump get away with it.
And he lied, used NDAs, violated campaign finance law, bribed pollsters, insulted opponents, welcomed [or solicited] Russian influence, run dishonest‑negative campaign, and made promises he can’t fulfill to win election. And, he has committed other criminal and impeachable offenses while in office cited in the Mueller report and by Cohen, his personal lawyer.
And, it appears he is hiding some….
Will the US Congress hold him accountable?
Will the DOJ side with Trump?
Will the voters hold him responsible?
He is skilled at making up things; like, Article II, gives him right to do whatever he wants. It does not. I believe, because, it says: to make treaties -- he needs the advice and consent of the Congress that applies to breaking them. He has violated Article II. Now, the US is in trouble in the Middle East and has caused trouble for other nations, because Trump, unilaterally, abandoned the Iran nuclear treaty and re-imposed sanctions.
Now, Trump is asking allies to help protect shipping lanes and they are reluctant to do so, because, Trump acted alone.
He also expects allies to enforce US sanctions. Dah!
He should have sought their advice—first.
Two shipping tankers have caught fire after being attacked in the Gulf of Oman, Iran shot down a $110 million American drone, UK seizes an Iranian oil tanker, Iran seizes two British flagged tankers, and tensions are building up in the region.
The U.S. military buildup is costing US -- money.
The U.S. broke the Treaty and Trump expects Iran to keep it.
He is an idiot.
The British Ambassador called it an act of “diplomatic vandalism.” Trump did not get the consent of the U.S. Congress or the Five Members of United Nations Security Council that signed the nuclear treaty with Iran, plus Germany: the UK Ambassador said, he done it to spite Obama.
That is a high crime.
Will the AG of the SDNY indict and prosecute after Trump leaves office?
Convicting Trump by a jury of twelve is not a slam dunk--either. His lawyers could convince one or more of reasonable doubt—resulting in a mistrial, hung jury or acquittal. That is another defect in U.S. criminal law: one juror can overrule eleven and cause a mistrial: that is crazy. It should require ten [or more] out twelve to determine whether a person is guilty or not guilty. The judgment of 10 [or more] jurors out of 12 is more reliable, than the judgment of two [or less] overruling 10 or 11 members of a jury.
It should require a minimum of 3 jurors out of twelve to cause a mistrial. That leaves the defendant—or accused with a decided advantage: 3 over 9. One overruling 11 is just plain unfair, unreasonable, and crazy.
The law should be based what is clearly more reasonable, fair, and just rather than, what is clearly less reasonable, fair, and just.
Our criminal law or code is moronic, unjust, and too costly (i.e., retrials based on a lone wolf—or single juror disagreeing with the judgment of eleven jurors).
Verdicts based on ten [or more] jurors out of twelve protects victims crimes from one or two jurors out of twelve who disagree and rule the outcome and who are; most likely, bias, duped, bribed, or unreasonable.
Convicting Trump of a crime after he leaves office is not going to be easy under our wrongly designed criminal justice system. He needs to sneak only one of his fans or cult members into the twelve-member jury to cause a mistrial.
The people have to decide, whether, they want a fairer or less fair criminal justice system or code. One overruling eleven is simply—not fair.
President Trump said to Chuck Todd on Meet the Press, Sunday, June 23, 2019: “impeaching is very unfair thing; because, nothing I did was wrong.”
Trump has that backwards.
If, he is not impeached, it would be unwise to reelect Trump for a second term; because, Dr. John Gartner believes Trump is experiencing cognitive decline.
His slurred and incoherent speech is a sign of that.
He should be tested –mentally--by psychiatrists—first.
If, pre-dementia is evident—now—it will get worst if Trump is reelected for another four years. Dr. Gartner is not the only psychiatrist sounding an alarm over Trump’s mental health.
The time to prevent a disaster is before—not after.
To be safer, presidential candidates should be tested for mental and physical health issues, drug usage, knowledge of government, reading and comprehend, similar to a bar-exam. That would tell us whether candidates running for office are qualified.
It is not enough for Donald Trump to tell us—he is a “stable genius.”
The people have a right to know, if, a presidential candidate [or the president] is taking amphetamines: prescription or illegal.
You need to pass a test to drive a car: there is no test for the person who has his finger on the nuclear button and the levers of government powers.
You don’t want a president that is inept, suffering from mental diseases, or a drug addict making decisions for the Nation.
There is indication Trump is!
Trump’s recent Tweets were off the rails: insults, lies, gaslighting, authoritarian threats: those are not my words. He is becoming more erratic and dangerous under the stress of impeachment, criminal prosecution, and policy failures.
He is the most; thoroughly, corrupt president in U.S. history; yet, Republicans in Congress continue to support him. That is outrageous!
The vendetta Trump is carrying out against Andrew McCabe, the former director of the FBI, for running the Russian probe and discussing the possibility of using the 25 Amendment to remove the president from office, is a crime of evil against good.
Here, Trump is the unfit, wicked one.
There is no base for a grand jury indictment—except on Trump!
Why is Trump out to get McCabe? Answer: He could testify against him. He wants to destroy his credibility.
Trump thinks he has the right to prosecute and lock up his enemies: McCabe is not the enemy of the people: Trump is.
He also wants AG Barr to indict Hillary Clinton, Obama, and Biden. That is proof, he is becoming a fascist psychopath.
He wants to put his opponents in prison to help his reelected. That is based on fear he might lose. It is a sign of desperation.
He is, potentially, another Lukashenko.
He is facing criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits, if he loses the election and he might end up bankrupt and in prison.
Steve Mnuchin, the Secretary of Treasury, has clearly violated Section 7214 of the Tax Code by refusing to release Trump’s tax returns: Why doesn’t the U.S. DOJ prosecute?
It is controlled by AG William Barr.
So far, Trump, Mnuchin, and Barr are winning….
Trump told a reporter when asked, what are you to say to Putin at the G20 Summit? “It is none of your business.” It is, absolutely, our business.
He hates reporters—that are critics.
Trump calls news critical of him – “fake news.”
If, Trump, right now, were given a test for knowledge of the government and the US Constitution, reading and comprehension, and logic: he could not pass, that would be grounds for removal under the 25th Amendment [disability].
The bases for this test of Donald Trump: the increasing frequency of his false claims, bizarre statements, and misuse of executive power.
He is an embarrassment to the U.S.
He is also dangerous—(i.e., unpredictable).
UK’s Ambassador, Sir Kim Darroch, in a leaked diplomatic cable said, “We don’t really believe this administration is going to become substantially more normal, less dysfunctional, less diplomatically clumsy and inept.”
--- to be honest: that’s a correct assessment.
Trump lashed back, calling the British Ambassador to the U.S. is “a very stupid guy”:
---to be honest: that is not correct.
And, when President Trump heard what Sir Kim Darroch said, he called John Bolton said, “Get him out of here.”
Trump hates critics, even more, if they are right.
That is a trait of all tyrants.
And, he says, all of his accusers: male or female are liars.
Let’s be honest, President Trump is not well thought of at home and abroad, because he is a charlatan, not a real president. He is a dumb, bad-tampered tyrant that thinks he is a genius, knows better than scientists, that violates norms, statutes, human rights; even, pushed aside the P.M. of Montenegro to get in front of a group of NATO leaders, will not engage or sit down for an interview with a really smart reporter who would rough him up and pin him down, and makes retaliatory false, pernicious attacks on critics, the squad, Democrats, the Press, and all people that criticize him—or opponents.
When Chris Wallace, the moderator, told him he was violating the rules of debate, by his frequent interruptions: he attacked him, saying, “I guess I’m debating you not him.”. He thinks, he is above our rules and laws.
My prediction came true, when Lesley Stahl asked Trump some tough questions on CBS’s Sixty Minutes: he, abruptly, walked out.
He insulted her, saying: “they were inappropriate brought up.” The reason why they were to him, inappropriate, they made him look bad. They exposed his lies. One of those lies, his better, cheaper healthcare plan.
After Trump walked out, his Press Secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, walked in with a huge book and said, this is the White House healthcare plan.
After examination: it was filled with executive orders and congressional initiatives: no, comprehensive healthcare plan—or written Bill.
Trump is a con man.
Trump’s cruelties, collusions, corruptions, and crimes listed on the Internet:
546 from Feb. 10, 2011 to Oct. 31, 2018.
Add to list, those to the present.
Trump promised to drain the swamp in Washington, DC, if elected. Instead, he turned it into a sewer.
We know he is not bright, when he claims the 1775 Revolutionary Army took over airports. That is not his first display of ineptitude.
Trump errors, misrepresents or lies every day.
Paul Ryan, after retiring from Congress, said; “I’m telling you, he [Trump] did not know anything about government.”
This is what President Trump said before he was criticized by Raul Ryan, “Speaker Paul Ryan is a truly good man and while he will not be seeking re-election he will leave a legacy of achievements that nobody can question.”
This is what President Trump said after he was criticized by Raul Ryan, “Frankly, he was a boy. He didn’t know what the hell he was doing.”
He has a vile, vindictive character.
This is proof Trump has lost it, when he said, “that any mainstream media that he thinks are biased against him are not protected by free speech.”
Hitler was the death of free speech in Germany.
That is the second half:
Trump thinks the mainstream Media is not free speech. Why, because, it criticizes him. He considers himself -- always right.
Hitler showed us the evils of a bigoted, hateful, Dictator.
Trump showed us the dangers of electing a wannabe dictator. He has some the same character traits as Hitler held in check by our laws, public scrutiny, etc. When Trump was asked to condemn the white supremacy group, the Proud Boys, he would not, and told them to “stand back and stand by.”
That sounds like, he is their leader.
They closely resemble Hitler’s – Bully Boys, that helped him rise to power in in Germany during the 1930s.
Trump’s raids on undocumented immigrants is similar to Hitler’s deportation of Jews, not nearly as bad, but not right either.
The Democrats are partly to blame: you need the wall (i.e., at least in places)—and/or a change in the asylum laws: enticing immigrants here and; then, mistreating them at detention centers and deporting them, after they have grown roots in the ground is cruel.
Undocumented workers at Trump’s National Golf Club at Bedminster, N.J., speak out, “He’s a hypocrite” and say, they were abused and exploited for years.
That does not mean: all of Trump’s policies are wrong.
Even, Hitler did a few good things.
Nonetheless, he must be held accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors, despite the questionable few good things. Michael Cohen, his personal lawyer for 10 years, says, his bad outweighs his good. He should know.
Former VP Biden says, Trump is an “existential threat” to the U.S. Trump responded to Biden statement, saying, he is the “weakest mentally.” The voters can determine that and who is the greatest existential threat to the United States; when, Biden or whoever Democrats choose as their presidential candidate debates Trump in 2020.
Two questions:
▬ Will Trump be impeached?
▬ Will Trump be reelected?
Regardless of these answers:
If, it is the policy of the OLC not to indict a president while in office; then, the statute of limitation on crimes should be suspended while in office.
If, the state and federal DOJ have decided not to indict the president while in office, it should begin after he leaves office.
It should not be dismissed—altogether.
New unsealed records: reveal Trump, Cohen, David Pecker, Hope Hicks, and Ms. Clifford’s attorney and Trump’s attorney had a flurry of phone conversations in October of 2016, a month before the election, the FBI believes to be about the hush money payment made to Stormy Daniels.
One fact: it verifies Cohen told the truth.
Hope Hicks testified to the House Judiciary Committee in June, 2019, and refused to answer 155 questions and may have lied.
Trump instructed Hicks, his former campaign communication’s director, not to answer questions. It appears -- she refused to reveal Trump’s involvement in these series of phone calls.
She is being asked by House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler to testify again after the release of these unredacted documents. This investigation is not over.
House approves 12 new subpoenas.
There are multiple justifiable reasons to impeach Trump and those reasons are growing as investigations continue -- and it still may happen; however, if it does not:
To remove Trump from office by a vote of the people, the other parties have to select a presidential nominee that is less of existential threat to the United States.
Once Trump is removed from office: it’s time to prosecute! There is no doubt he violated campaign finance law and lied about it and there are other crimes that he; likely, has committed; such as, insurance and bank fraud, tax evasion, etc.
For that reason, investigations need to continue.
The 4 categories of Trump crimes and impeachable offenses:
1. where there is sufficient evidence
2. crimes under investigation
3. should be a crime
4. crimes that are hidden
Category 1. breach of public trust [lying], conspiracy to violate the campaign finance law, filing a false report to the Federal Election Commission, omitting pertinent information on his 2017 financial disclosure form, tax fraud [claiming the hush money payments as a business expense]; malfeasance, Trump’s spending too much time at his golf resorts and costing taxpayers an excessive amount of money and neglecting presidential duties, numerous acts of the obstruction of justice, abuses of executive power, betraying the Oath of Office.
Category 2. There are at least fourteen criminal investigations underway: Trump Organization tax fraud, bank fraud, insurance fraud, misuse of campaign funds, perjury, inauguration funding [foreign], violations of the emoluments cause, conflict of interests, foreign super PAC funding, foreign lobbying violations, the Moscow Trump Tower project, the fraudulent employment of undocumented workers, illegality at the Trump Family Foundation, etc.
Update 3/16/19
The AG of NY, Letitia James, investigation into the Trump Family Foundation found it was used for political and business purposes and Trump was ordered to pay $2.8 million in restitution, fined $5.6 million, and the remaining $1.7 million distributed to other charities and the foundation dissolved.
The Trump University now-defunct after a federal judge ordered $25 million settlement as the results of a class action suit brought by defrauded students.
Police evict Trump staff from the Trump International Hotel in Panama and his name stripped in March of 2018. The owner claimed “abysmal management.”
He also said, the Trump was lining his pockets.
Next on the list for investigation, the Trump Organization -- did it falsify company records to avoid paying taxes; probably –Yes.
That is probably true about Trump’s personal tax returns: both are being investigated by the Manhattan DA. Michael Cohen, who is now in prison, is assisting…..
Trump is suing the Manhattan DA to block subpoena for eight years of his personal and corporate tax returns. That means, he is; more likely than not, hiding something fraudulent or embarrassing [or both].
But, the core reasons for investigations: credible allegations of tax evasion, insurance and bank fraud.
Update
The Supreme Court ruled—the Manhattan DA has a right to see his tax returns, but the idiots left the door opened—for Trump start over again from square one with a different argument to block release of his tax returns from his accounting firm and financial records from two banks. Trump says he intends to that and take it to the Supreme Court again, if necessary.
This is a shameful failure of US law and bad judges!
The second part to this: the Supreme Court ruled that Congress did not have a right to see his tax returns. They should read the 1924 law that gives Congress, both Houses, the authority to request and see tax returns.
Category 3. profligacy, extravagant waste of taxpayer money and resources, signing the pledge—never to vote for tax increase to put you in good standing with the Republican Party and big donors, habitual lying to the Press and the American people, rigging the tax code to enrich the wealthy and corporations that puts Uncle Sam deeper debt or what is called “legal stealing”, dark money and unlimited donations to Super PACs; when, the President is unwilling to sit in the Hot Seat and be cross-examined under oath about alleged crimes and wrongdoing committed during the campaign and while in office: that is grounds for impeachment and removal from office. He put himself above the law.
Category 4. Steve Bannon predicted Trump’s downfall once his finances are investigated: Well, Mother Jones has uncovered one: a mysterious $50 million loan held by Trump which may signal tax fraud. That is; now, being investigated.
Trump sues to prevent Nadler, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, from getting financial records from Deutsche Bank and Capital One.
Trump’s attorneys have also challenged the House Oversight and Reform Committee’s subpoena seeking more financial records from Mazars USA, Trump’s accounting firm. These could be the source of hidden crimes.
The House Ways and Means files a federal lawsuit for the government’s refusal to turn over six years of Trump’s tax returns.
These financial and tax documents could contain hidden crimes of tax evasions, insurance and bank fraud.
All these documents sought by the House have been blocked by the Trump administration and his lawyers.
His lawyers argue: the Manhattan DA’s subpoena for his tax returns is overly broad, bad faith, and built on innuendo.
No. His reimbursement checks to Michael Cohen for the payment of hush money to Stormy Daniels is factual: he used it as a business expenses and it violates the campaign finance law: and news reports: alleges Trump or his companies inflated or minimized the value of assets for business and tax purposes.
And, there are new allegations: his political campaign sent Trump Tower rent payments to a P.O. box in Hicksville, Long Island; possibly, to avoid the New York City income tax: that is fraud, if true—and he; allegedly, shifted personal expenses to his political campaign paid for by his political donors.
He charges his political campaign $37,572 per month to operate out of his Trump Tower in New York City.
He makes money off his presidency.
Business Insider reports, President Donald Trump's properties have raked in at least $8.1 million from US taxpayers and from the president's supporters since he took office in January 2017.
Vance, the Manhattan DA, says. there’s “a mountainous record” of public allegations of misconduct to support its efforts to obtain Trump’s tax returns.
The Supreme Court has issued a ruling: the Manhattan DA can see his tax return; but, Trump lawyers are fighting the ruling, saying he is "fishing for a way to justify his harassment of the President."
That is preposterous, not the real reason the DA wants to examine Trump’s tax returns: suspicious entries are piling up. Michael Cohen, his former lawyer, said, Trump’s “greatest fear”: a massive tax bill and possibly, tax fraud charges.
Part of the blame; why, Trump paid little or no taxes: the changes in the tax code by three Republican presidents: Reagan, G.W.B, and Trump that spiked the national debt and enriched the top 1 percent.
That is legal tax fraud.
Reuters reported on Sept. 18, 2020,—that a lawyer for Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, an ally of Trump offer him, "some form of pardon, assurance or agreement, which would both benefit President Trump politically and prevent U.S. indictment and extradition."
That is another hidden crime of bribery that occurred back in 2017, if true. That needs to be investigated.
More allegations of Trump’s self-enriching schemes are unraveling, that have been taking place behind our backs:
Politico just revealed: the crew of an Air Force C-17 on the way to deliver supplies from the US to Kuwait went out of the way to refuel at the Glasgow Prestwick Airport, and again on the return trip, rather than a military base, which was a big increase in cost to taxpayers. This happened in the spring of this year. The military is not cooperating with the investigation, who rerouted the C-17 to do this, which is not routine.
The question is: how many more incidences are there like this; where, refueling at this airport where the logistics don’t make sense in terms of cost, etc.
Records show, there has been increase in money spent to refuel military air craft at this airport in Scotland, since Trump became president, which is more expensive than a military base, the reason [believed] for this; so crews could spend the layover at Trump’s Turnberry golf hotel resort, which is about 23 miles from the airport. This is part of the investigation.
How much taxpayer money is spent at Trump’s resort?
And, what is the additional cost to the military?
It appears Trump has corrupted the Air Force!
It said, the fight originated from Alaska -- yes, but not directly: it flew to the lower states first, then, to Scotland for refueling on the way to Kuwait.
Also, VP Mike Pence stayed at Trump’s Doonbeg golf resort in Ireland for the night and the next day, Pence and his entourage drove 40 miles in vehicles to the Shannon Airport and from there flew on Air Force Two 140 miles back to Dublin, where he had a meeting; then, flew back 140 miles to the Shannon airport and drove vehicles 40 miles back to Trump’s hotel golf resort, for a second night, which was a big increase in cost to taxpayers; when, there are 5-star hotels in Dublin.
The question is: who directed VP Pence to do this?
These could be a violation of the emoluments cause.
It depends on some unanswered questions.
In any case, Pence’s stopover at Trump’s Doonbeg Hotel Resort cost the taxpayers $600,000 according to receipts, $114,000 just for limos. That does not include the extra cost of Air Force Two flying back and forth. Legal or illegal—it is not right.
Both Trump and Pence should know this!
President Trump also visited his property in Honolulu, Hawaii, at taxpayer expense, during his trip to Asia in 2017.
You cannot turn your back on Donald Trump.
Rep. Krishnamoorthi says, Trump administration attempted to direct $250 million in taxpayer funds for re-election campaign.
He will cheat to win, if, not watched.
The New York Times reports—Trump promised voters he would “drain the swamp” in Washington, instead, he spent roughly 1 out of 4 days of presidency at his hotels and resorts, conducting public and private business. That is the New Trump Swamp.
He needs to repay taxpayers the cost of travel expenses, where he moved the Beltway backrooms to his private properties, particularly, Mar-a-Lago.
Records show, membership fees generated $6,000,000 for Trump in 2016. That is likely, a violation of the emolument causes.
Check 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020—figures and compare with 2015, before, he double fees and increased membership based on his election.
He is making money off his presidency and sticking taxpayers with the cost: that is double fraud. Trump said during the campaign, I will forgo my $400,000 salary. That Trojan Horse to get into office—cost taxpayers more than a hundred million for vacations at his Golf Cubs.
Here is another example of a Category 4 Trump crime: the memo of his phone call to the president of Ukraine, asking for a favor, was taken from one commonly used computer server and placed in a highly classified codename server to hide it.
That phone call; recently, was revealed by a whistleblower. That call is being investigated.
So far, Trump has proven himself to be above the law: refused to testify and Mueller was unable to compel him, in a timely and effective manner, and there is substantial evidence he has committed a litany of crimes impeachable and criminal and has not been indicted or impeached.
If Trump is not above the law, why, has his subordinates been forced to testify under oath and not President Trump?
He got special treatment from the U.S. DOJ.
The U.S. District Judge William Pauley announced the end of the criminal investigation of Trump in July. Why? What were his conclusions?
One of Cohen's lawyers, Lanny Davis, reacted with dismay. "Why is Michael Cohen the only member of the Trump company to be prosecuted and imprisoned?" he said. "Especially since prosecutors found that virtually all of Michael’s admitted crimes were done at the direction of and for the benefit of Donald Trump? Why?”
Answer: Trump has corrupted the U.S. DOJ.
Impeachment is the job of the Congress. Even, if Trump is impeached, it does not eradicate crimes committed before and after he entered office.
Criminal prosecutions are the job of state and federal DOJ.
There are crimes justifying impeachment and crimes justifying criminal prosecution. Impeachment removes the president from office: fines and jail time can result from criminal prosecution. If, Congress fails to impeach and state and federal DOJ fails to prosecute—Trump will go scot free.
You can’t convict Cohen and not Trump, when they committed the same crime: Trump, the General, and Cohen, the foot soldier.
President Trump, originally, said, he would like to testify before Mueller: “I would do it under oath, absolutely.”
Then, when asked, he refused. He agreed only to testify in writing and Mueller said, his answers were “generally not truthful.”
The Mueller team found Trump’s answers incomplete and imprecise and when Mueller asked Trump for clarification: he refused.
He is a con man.
Answering questions in writing is not the same—as oral: interrogators can’t ask follow up questions: Trump has avoided cross-examination under oath.
Why, his underlings and not Trump?
The reason: he would; likely, perjure himself.
Therefore, he would twist, deny, and forget.
He would remember things—non-incriminating
He thinks he is above the law, royalty….
He has the money to fight our legal system.
The Attorney General is his corrupt friend.
House Democrats have introduced and passed the Anti-Corruption Bill, legislation to determine how much Donald Trump and his family cost taxpayers; however, Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, has blocked the bill in the Republican controlled Senate. Trump has spent 187 days at his golf properties of his first 848 in office. He told a rally in 2016, “I love golf, but if I were in the White House, I don’t think I’d ever see Turnberry again. I don’t think I’d ever see Doral again. I don’t ever think I’d see anything. I just want to stay in the White House and work my ass off.”
That was a lie to get elected.
The list of Trump lies mentioned by Adam Schiff, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, in his opening statement in Mueller hearing, constitutes a High Crime; that is, habitually, lying to Press and the American people.
Jerry Nadler, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, says, “[Trump] richly deserves impeachment.”
That does not mean it will happen!
Republicans are defending him.
The 26 women who have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct or assault can’t all be lying. Trump says, they are.
The odds are 26 to 1 that Trump is lying.
His lies coupled with his crimes and abuses of power, mental and character flaws make him unfit for the U.S. Presidency.
Trump telling his aides to defy subpoenas:
That is the same—as don’t snitch.
That is an obstruction of justice.
He is acting like the Boss of a criminal org.
Trump is a real estate mogul and former host of a TV show, the Apprentice, and former owner of the Miss Universe Pageant, who has a history of sexual misconduct allegations, unethical business practices, company bankruptcies, flops, lawsuits, and the destruction of emails, digital records and paper documents; some in defiance of court orders and is not qualified to be president, who uses the presidency to promote his brand or properties, has spent nearly 22 percent of his time in office at his golf resorts; a narcissist, who thinks the world of himself, whose outlook is divorced from reality, who is a compulsive liar and has committed numerous offenses: impeachable and criminal, who is mentally incompetent, who acts like a despot, who has obstructed the investigation of his crimes, and has made a mess of things in 2 years and 8 months, and needs to be removed from office and prosecuted for crimes, that were not prosecuted while in office—and those dug up by criminal probes in progress.
To show; more, how dumb and wrong Trump is: he blames “mental illness” on the recent mass killings in El Paso and Dayton; not, the fact, we are selling assault rifles to these maniacs.
Secondly, he incited some of this “mental illness.”
Thirdly, he said, God bless those killed in Toledo.
That is the wrong city.
Fourthly, Trump, previously, threatened to veto a bill of Democrats passed in the House requiring background checks. Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, shelved it.
And, Trump made it easier for mentally ill to buy guns when he rolled back an Obama-era regulation that made it harder.
Why do you ask? In the 2016 election, the NRA spent $30 million to elect Trump. There is major defect in the campaign finance law: Citizens United.
President Trump is partly responsible for the mass killings! He willing say and do the wrong things for money [donations].
ABC has identified 36 cases, where Trump is linked to acts of criminal violence: the gunman that opened fire at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, killing 22 people and injuring 24 others is one of those cases. It was blamed on Trump’s rhetoric.
Trump does not represent the people, because, a new poll shows 70% would support a ban on these weapons. He does not. He represents the NRA [gun fanatics and manufactures]. So, Trump’s rhetoric and gun policies are; partially, responsible for gun crimes.
The U.S wasted millions of dollars sending Trump to the G-7 summit at Biarritz, France. Trump refused to sign the final statement. Trump was also absent at the meeting on Climate Change—and lied about several things: he made a Fool out of himself before the world.
He had a chance to repent—and didn’t.
He is an arrogant, self-centered halfwit.
His aides said, he skipped the meeting, because, he wasn't entirely interested in the climate portions of the summit, believing them a waste of time compared to discussion of the economy. Making money is more important to Trump—than, saving the planet from the effects of man-made climate change and pollution.
He suggested the next G-7 should be held at Doral, his golf resort. His main interest is making money from the G-7 summit -- not reaching an accord on one of the greatest threats of our time: climate change. He missed the meeting, because, he would be a black sheet in room of six other world leaders.
While other nations—fight global warming, he augments it—for profit.
Trump was not on board with the G-7 leaders pledging $20 million to help Brazil fight the Amazon rainforest wildfires, destroying the lungs of the earth, which produces about 20% of the earth’s oxygen, an effect of; mainly, global warming.
Global heating makes forests more flammable.
Scientists, believe worst is yet to come.
Temperatures and sea-levels are rising.
Trump also complained, the summit spent too much time on issues he deemed unimportant, like clearing the oceans of plastics.
He is the Evil-Stupid-One.
Trump’s chief of staff, Mulvaney, said climate change will not be on the docket at the G-7 summit in June of 2020.
Other reason to impeach Trump.
He is bad for life on the planet.
Trump’s reason for G-7 summit: to hold it at his Doral Hotel Resort. He calls the emoluments clause in the US Constitution “phony.”
Trump promised to donate all profits earned from foreign governments staying at his hotels to the U.S. Treasury.
MSNBC says, the Trump Organization is not keeping records.
Therefore, Trump is not keeping his promise.
Trump said, he would fund his political campaign in 2016, according to Forbes, he has not spent a dime of his money on his 2020 reelection campaign and has shifting millions of dollars donated to his political campaign to his businesses, who cater these events.
He is an unabashed con man.
His chief of staff says, Trump is not in the hospitable business, he charged the Irish police more than $100,000 for sandwiches and coffee while protecting him at his golf hotel resort in Ireland, where he stayed for about a week.
Donald Trump charged the Secret Service more than $200,000 at the Trump International Hotel in Washington DC from Sept. 2016 to Feb. 201: nature of charges not disclosed and raised prices after inauguration.
The Post reported in February that the Trump Organization charged the Secret Service exorbitant rates to protect the president when he travels to his properties: up to $650 per night at the Mar-a-Lago resort dozens of times in 2017 and $396.15 on dozens of occasions in 2018.
Receipts and documents showed that US taxpayers shelled out more than $471,000 to Trump's properties from January 2017 to April 2018.
In other words, Trump makes money when he plays golf at his resorts by charging the Secret Service for food, drinks, and rooms.
That explains his frequent trips.
Trump’s rounds of golf cost taxpayers $600,000 on average and it could cost them $340 million in 4 years.
Trump’s proposal to hold the G7 Summit at is Doral Hotel is proof he did not turn over his company to his two sons, as he said, he would, as president.
He put his interest first, before the nation’s.
Trump altered a Dorian directional map with a Sharpie—a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2074 (i.e., issuing a false report), which carries a fine and/or a prison sentence of not more than 90 days.
Why hasn’t he been charged?
He is not a weather forecaster.
The altered map, that Trump used to make his forecast, showed the Dorian hurricane would passed through Florida and hit Alabama. He was wrong. It hit the Florida coast and turned up the eastern coast.
When, a reporter asked him, who altered the map? Trump said, “I don’t know, I don’t know, I don’t know”. He lied again, it’s chronic. It is another example of the absurdity of Trump’s belief, he knows better than everybody on the planet.
President Trump’s decision to; impetuously, pull U.S. troops out of Syria without consulting his top military commander in the Middle East and allowing Turkey’s Erdogan to invade and commit war crimes against the Kurds, may have been influenced by a conflict of interest: the Trump Tower in Istanbul. One of his greatest crimes is a land, water, and air polluter, who does not believe in manmade global warming, contrary to climate change scientists, motivated by greed.
Eleven thousands scientists say, the world’s people are facing “untold suffering” due to climate change and “we must change how we live” – one -- the use of aircraft.
Trump’s excessive use of Air Force One and a C-17 cargo plane to carry his limo, the Beast, and SUVs for his staff makes, and other accompanying aircraft, him the world’s biggest emitter of CO-2 into the atmosphere.
And uses a Marine Sikorsky helicopter to get from the WH to the airport and from the airport back to the WH.
The government is keeping the cost—secret!
People are going to be shocked—when they, learn what it cost taxpayers to hear this ‘jackass-buffoon-egomaniac’ speak at his frequent political rallies, fundraisers, and other non‑official events.
And what it cost taxpayers: Trumps trips to his golf resorts.
They are being blindfolded and ripped-off.
If, they were smart, they put the president on an ironclad budget. According to Title 3 of the US Code, the US President "shall earn" a salary of $400,000, along with a $50,000 annual expense account, a $100,000 nontaxable travel account, and $19,000 for entertainment. Trump’s one round of golf at his private golf clubs average $600,000; so, these set figures are being violated. The law is not being enforced. Trump is ripping off taxpayers.
A Government Accountability Office report in January estimated the cost of four flights to Florida in 2017 at $4.4 million.
These trips to his golf resorts: he should paid for.
He has a golf course in Washington DC—but prefers to fly to the Trump International West Palm Beach, Fl. or Mar-a-Lago.
CNN reports, the Department of Homeland Security committed $367,875 for golf cart rentals for Trump’s protection detail--$307,360 spent up to December 2018. That is not acceptable.
There is an exercise room in the White House.
And, he cheats at golf—like, everything else.
Profligate Trump played golf at his course in Sterling, VA, while Dorian devastated the Bahamas, damaging or destroying 13,000 homes, leaving 70,000 homeless, 50 dead, 1,300 missing, he does not care.
Quote from Tom Steyer
Donald Trump's attempt to hasten climate change will go down in history as the most willfully stupid act of leadership since Nero played the fiddle while Rome burned. Thank you to the climate scientists who continue their important work despite such self-congratulatory idiocy.
Joe Biden called President Trump a “climate arsonist.”
In 2019, he came to California to see the town of Paradise burnt to ashes by a wild fire and blamed these wild fires on not raking the forest floors of leaves, rather than climate change heat waves and winds. He said, Finland rakes forest floors of leaves to prevent wildfires.
Finland denies saying or doing that.
Again, he came to California on 9/14/20 while dozens of wildfires, seven major, were ravaging California, burning some 3.2 million acres, 1.24 million more than the previous worst record, over 4,200 structures destroyed and 24 dead, so far.
In Oregon there were 14 wildfires raging; substantially, destroying five towns, 10 dead and 22 missing, so far.
Wildfires also burning in Washington and Idaho.
Two-thousand wildfires have burned the western United States during August and September 20.
Governor Gavin Newson told Trump, “Climate change is real.”
Another local official said, It is time to take “our heads out of the sand” in response to Trump’s claim these wildfires are caused by poor forest management. He says, “you gotta clean your floors, you gotta clean your forest.” How do you do that in steep terrain that is inaccessible, where many of these wildfires occur? And most of the combustibles in these areas are trees, bushes, and grass or chaparral.
Fifty-seven percent of California's 33 million acres of forest are controlled by the federal government.
Does Trump rake leaves on federal forest lands?
Answer, No, it is not practical.
Trump said to the local official who criticized his climate change policies, "It'll start getting cooler. You just watch,"
"The official replied, “I wish science agreed with you."
Trump answered, "I don't think science knows, actually,"
President Trump is blaming poor forest management, because, he does not want to give disaster aid for wildfires in California, it voted for Hilary Clinton for president in 2016. Trump has an ulterior motive behind what he says.
Here are some of Trump’s other idiotic beliefs or statements:
The noise of windmills cause cancer
Windmills kill all the birds
House nearby lose 75% of their value
You can blow up windmills
Coal is indestructible
Global warming is a Chinese hoax
He won’t jeopardize U.S. wealth on “dreams and wind mills.”
“This very expensive Global Warming Bullshit has to stop.”
Evil-idiot Trump is not factoring in—the cost of natural disasters: hurricanes, wildfires, flooding, tornadoes, hail, and droughts: $306 billion in 2017, a record high; $91 billion 2018, and $306 billion in 2019.
Trump says, he never heard of a Cat 5.
These are 4 recent category 5 hurricanes:
Irma in 2017 -- damage $64.4 billion
Maria in 2017 -- damage $91.6 billion
Michael in 2018 -- damage $25.1 billion
Dorian in 2019 -- damage to the Bahamas: $7 billion
The number and intensity unprecedented.
In 2020, Hurricane Laura devastated 1/3 of Louisiana and parts of Texas and Florida from storm surge, wind, and flooding from rainfall.
Cost of reconstruction: $88.6 billion.
Trump’s environmental policies -- not to mitigate the emission of six greenhouse gases -- to protect America’s wealth is a Total Fraud.
The evidence is in: global warming related natural disasters have become more intense and more costly to repair the damage from 1980 to 2020.
Delta, the 25th named storm of the Atlantic’s hurricane season, the tenth to make landfall on the continental U.S. in a single year…breaking a record of 9 set in 1916 and the sixth to hit Louisiana and could catapulted 2020 to top of the list for the most billion-dollar disasters in a single year and the hurricane season is not over yet.
V.P. Pence in his debate with Senator Kamala Harris said, “there are no more hurricanes today than there were 100 years ago.” That is misleading. What he failed to mention: climate warming has made them more intense [damaging].
Likewise, wildfires are causing more damage.
In 2020, California experienced its first gigafire, burning over 1 million acres. It had 8,486 fire incidents, 9,247 structures destroyed or damaged, at least 31 killed, and 4.1 million acres burnt the most since Calfire began keeping records and more than the last three years combined up to October 13.

Trump administration rejects disaster declaration for California
▬ California did not vote for Trump in 2016.
▬ Governor of California is not a Republican.
▬ Speaker of House, Pelosi lives in California.
Florida, Trump’s official residence, did get $7.49 million in federal disaster aid for the hurricane Sally.
▬ Florida voted for Trump in 2016.
▬ The governor of Florida is a Republican.
▬ He bragged about it at his Stanford, Florida, rally.
And, you cannot deny—the rise in global temperatures is causing sea levels to rise from melting ice in the Arctic, Greenland, and the Antarctic that is going to be highly troublesome in the future to low lying populated areas.
The number of tornadoes have doubled in the last 50 years. The Iowa derecho in August was one of the costliest storms in U.S. history.
And, climate change has made droughts longer and more frequent. To assess the effects of climate change—you have to look at the Whole Picture.
At the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Trump rejects the climate crisis and lauds U.S. economy and fossil fuels.
And, V.P. Pence is defending his polices.
He does care if his policies contribute to global warming if it is good for the American economy. That was Hitler’s nationalistic policy.
His policy of putting America first is bad policy and he is inspiring followers. The President of Brazil, thinks he has a right to burn down the Amazon rainforest to make land for cattle raising. No, it should be a compromise between what is best for one’s nation and other nations. That is the purpose of the UN climate summit of 2019—to work out a global solution, in which Trump was no show. He should be the world leader on the issue.
Teen climate activist, Greta Thunberg, has more common sense; than Trump!
Here is part of her speech at the UN: “Is all you can think about is money and fairytales of economic growth.” That is Trump.
She says, “How dare you.”
The problem here is –Trump only cares about being reelected-- not the effects of his environmental policies on the next generation: that is Thunberg.
She says, “for more than 30 years the science has been crystal clear.”
That means: President Trump is an idiot -- denying it.
That is grounds for impeachment.
He is taking us backwards—not forward.
His America first stance is wrong--
It is similar to Hitler’s: Germany above all.
His one generation stance is wrong.
The essence of Greta Thunberg’s speech: WE ARE NOT DOING ENOUGH.
The Paris Agreement should be replaced with an agreement to enforce measures to prevent the pollution of the planet and global warming: nationally and internationally; otherwise, the world is headed towards inevitable cataclysmic costly consequences.

Breaking News: The Trump administration is blocking the Intel Chief from releasing to Congress an urgent and credible whistleblower’s complaint involving Trump.
The details that are emerging: it involves a phone call between Trump and the leader of Ukraine. Chairman Schiff of the House Intelligence Committee has vowed to investigate. He wants to see the transcript of the phone call back in July.
9/21/19
The Daily Beast reports: The president supposedly dangled millions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine in exchange for Kiev investigating Joe Biden. That looks a lot like old-fashioned corruption.
If, that is true, it would strengthen the case for impeachment.
President Trump tweeted: “Another Fake News story.”
After, Speaker of the House, Pelosi announces to; formally, go ahead with impeachment inquiry into Trump’s alleged bribery-extortion scheme of a foreign leader: this was President Trump’s verbal response, “It’s a disgrace to our country. It’s another witch hunt…here we go again. It’s Adam Schiff and his crew making up things, and sitting there like pious…whatsoever you want to call them. It’s really a disgrace. It’s a terrible thing for this country…”
This rant is total nonsense:
The impeachment is not a disgrace.
What Trump did is a disgrace.
Adam Schiff is not making things up….
The transcript is not fake….
Trump is like a mobster-boss president.
He hates disloyalty—snitches.
He has called them, almost, spies…
They have committed treason…
Suggesting, they should be executed.
Trump is becoming worst and worst.
This is worst: Trump’s treason attack on Adam Schiff, Chairman of the House Intel Committee.
Trump’s reaction to the House of Representatives impeachment inquiry has become; brazenly, more dastardly, defiant, and unhinged.
Here is more proof of Trump’s Meltdown!
Sen. Mitt Romney calls Trump’s asking a foreign leader to investigate the son of his political rival for corruption “wrong and appalling.”
It is unlawful: 52 U.S. Section 3012(a)(2)
President Trump called Romney a “pompous ass” and called for his impeachment. That is crazy. He knows no bounds—and stupid: you don’t impeach senators—and you don’t expel senators for criticizing [or correcting] the president.
Trump says the Ukraine call was “perfect”
He calls democrats “human scum”
He calls people who want to impeach him
“very sick and deranged people”
He says, he views Pelosi no longer speaker.
He calls the impeachment “a lynching”
Trump by threatening to expose whistleblowers, calling them spies, his malicious attack on the Leader of the House impeachment inquiry, Adam Schiff, and calling him a “shifty dishonest guy,” refusing to cooperate with the investigation, and falsely calling it a kangaroo court—or scam: he is waging war against Article I, Section 3, of the US Constitution.
He has become vicious and irrational.
He has reversed what is legal to illegal.
He has reversed what is illegal to legal.
He has become an anti-US law villain.
He added a 2nd & 3rd crime to his first crime.
These acts solidify the need to impeach.
The ground Trump stands on – this is a “witch hunt” is crumbling as the impeachment inquiry advances revealing, it was not just Trump’s infamous July 25 phone call to Zelensky, Ukraine’s president, asking for a favor, that is involved. He used Giuliani, his personal lawyer, to help facilitate a plan to start a Ukrainian criminal investigation of Hunter, Biden’s son, who joined the board of Burisma Holdings Inc., a Ukrainian natural gas company, in 2014, when, Joe Biden was Vice President of the US. It also involved removing the existing ambassador to Ukraine, who was in the way, and putting the three amigos in charge of the Ukraine policy along with Trump’s personal lawyer, Giuliani, and Trump freezing $391 million in military aid and delaying Zelensky’s invite to the White House unless he made a public announcement that the Ukraine had begun a criminal investigation of Hunter Biden, Burisma Holdings, and Ukraine’s interference in the 2016 election, so, Trump could use this statement or information to smear Joe Biden, his apparent top opponent in the 2020 presidential election. New subpoenas are being issued to get to the bottom of Trump’s bribery-extortion attempt.
Trump has told his lackeys not to testify.
Meanwhile, Republicans in Congress are doing everything it can to sabotage this impeachment inquiry, as they did the Cohen hearing. Not one Republican in the House voted for the impeachment inquiry resolution.
That shows they are a mafia-like cult.
They don’t recognize the rule of law.
They don’t recognize majority rule.
President Trump is their Leader.
He can’t distinguish fact from fiction
He called the House hearing “illegal.” *
* Federal Judge Beryl Howell said, it was legal.
He has got it in for the whistleblower.
He has got a Nazi-like – vile character
The whistleblower blew the lid off of Pandora’s jar: Trump’s hidden crime of attempted Ukrainian bribery-extortion and he is furious and wants revenge.
Trump says, there was no quid pro quo.
Top U.S. officials involved disagree….
Remember, Jim Jordan, the GOP attack dog, and Matt Gaetz, they’re back along with other gang members interrupting the House impeachment hearing and called it “a Kangaroo Court, and Chairman Schiff, a Kangaroo Judge.
That is despicable and treasonous….
They are acting like Hitler’s Sturmabteilung.
Republicans continued to defend President Trump and attack the Hearing, despite the mountain of evidence, Trump is the most--top to bottom -- corrupt president in US history.
Sixteen ways Trump has eluded justice:
1. The policy of the OLC not to indict a sitting president, even though, Michael Cohen, revealed some of his wrongdoing.
2. Refusing to be cross-examined under oath. According to Woodward’s, Fear: Trump in the White House, his personal lawyer, John Dowd, allegedly, told Trump: don’t talk to Mueller, “it’s either that or an orange jumpsuit.” .
3. The narrow scope of the Mueller probe and his disappointment as a prosecutor: he seemed castrated. He failed to question Trump; orally, under Oath. That should have been his first goal—or mission.
4. Republicans in Congress defending the president with a succession of bogus arguments during the House public impeachment hearing; as Rep. Catherine Clark, D-Mass, says, “I fear there is no amount of wrongdoing that we could uncover that would convince Senate Republicans to hold the President accountable.
The reason: Trump is their big money raiser: corporations and the wealthy want to protect their Trump tax cuts on income [or profit] and in the future eliminate the two taxes on higher income: the 0.9% payroll surtax and the 3.8% tax in investment income by eliminating Obamacare: Trump’s goal, as well as, repeal the estate tax the long-term goal of the Republican Party.
5. By falsely claiming he is innocent of all crimes [lying].
6. Blocking investigations and fighting subpoenas
7. Our laws are weak, passé, and not designed to deal with a mendacious, surreptitious, tyrannical, monster; like, Trump.
8. Big money is behind Trump.
9. Fox News and other media outlets misleads the public by defending President Trump against his critics.
10. The failure of the House of Representatives to cross‑examine President Trump under oath about his involvement in the Ukrainian extortion plot. They gave up—realizing he would fight it in Court until the end of his time in office and probably, succeed. AG Barr is defending and protecting him.
11. He hires lawyers to twist and trash the facts, backup his narrative [lying], and assist in carrying out his illegal schemes.
12. Trump uses Twitter and the bully pulpit to swing public opinion in his favor and lambast his accusers and misrepresent facts.
13. The US & the NY DOJ have been corrupt or inept.
14. Trump is a disciple of Goebbels; if, you lie enough times, people will believe you. That seems to be working, according to a Gallup Poll: 34% think he is honest: it should be 0.
15. By blocking the release of his personal and the Trump Organization’s tax returns and financial reports from two banks.
16. Appointing yes-men to government positions who protect and lie for him and removing those who tell the truth or criticize.
The most recent: Geoffrey S. Berman, U.S. top attorney for the SDNY, who has been investigating the conduct of Rudy Giuliani, Trump's current personal lawyer, and wants to replace him with Securities and Exchange Commission chairman Jay Clayton, who has never served as a federal prosecutor.
Giuliani is a gateway to Trump’s wrongdoing.
Criminality should not be determined by party affiliation—or wealth and that is prevalent in today’s American politics.
If, President Trump is not impeached by the U.S. Congress and removed from office and prosecuted and convicted for the other crimes that we have proof of after he leaves office, fined and sent to prison with Michael Cohen -- justice will have failed in the United States.
Next: Part III

9/17/19
